"I've always believed that success isn't measured solely by what we accomplish professionally, but also by the difference we make along the way.Over the years, I've had the privilege of building businesses, helping people navigate important life decisions, working alongside incredible individuals and supporting causes that are close to my heart.I'm someone who believes in taking initiative. When I see an opportunity to make something better, whether in business, animal welfare or my community, my instinct is to find a way to make it happen. Not every idea works out exactly as planned, and I've certainly learned a great deal along the way. But I believe that growth comes from being willing to try, remaining true to your values and never losing sight of why you started.Stratford has been home for most of my life, and the relationships I've built here mean a great deal to me.As I look ahead, I'm excited about the opportunities still to come, the people I've yet to meet and the meaningful things we can accomplish together. For me, it's always been about more than business. It's about purpose, connection and leaving things a little better than we found them."— Rachelle Czartorynskyj
